At Vision Brands, we stand behind the Oasis product with a limited LIFETIME warranty. We want every Vision Brands customer to be a satisfied customer for LIFE.

Should you experience any defects in materials or workmanship within the warranty period, Vision Brands will repair or replace the defective product, subject to the following conditions:

• Any claim made under this warranty must include a copy of a valid proof of purchase showing the date and place of purchase.
• Our obligation under this warranty is to the original purchaser that registered the product and may not be transferred.
• Product replacement does not include shipping costs.
• Vision Brands reserves the right to examine product in question and its installation prior to replacement.
• If an identical replacement product is not available, Vision brands reserves the right to replace the defective product with a similar product.

NOTE: Accessories such as art inserts, grinders, picks and other items that are compatible with the Oasis product line may not be covered by this warranty.

This warranty relates to defects in manufacture, materials or workmanship in an Oasis branded product sold in the United States and Canada. It does not extend to:

• Damage resulting from failure to maintain the product in accordance with Care and Maintenance instructions provided with the product.
• Normal wear and tear, scratches or accidental damage.
• Faults arising from improper use.
• Defects in accessories or products not manufactured or sold by Vision Brands used in conjunction with the Oasis product line.

All incidental or consequential damages are specifically excluded. No additional warranties, express or implied are given, including but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

How to make a warranty claim

In the unfortunate event where you wish to obtain warranty repairs or replacement parts please do the following:

1. Contact Vision Brands via email sales@visionpipes.com or call our customer service department toll free at (269) 399-6928. We are here to help you.
2. Our customer service department will assign a return number to your claim, and will provide you with detailed instructions.
3. In the case where the return of a defective item is required, please send the item to

Warranty return shipments must include the RMA number assigned by customer service. Packages that are received without an RMA number may not be processed. All inbound shipments must be prepaid and insured for the declared value. Customer service will evaluate the item in question, and in the case where this warranty applies will repair or replace the item at our discretion.

Return shipping costs for items that are covered under this warranty will be covered by Vision Brands if you live in the United States. Vision Brands will not cover the extra costs if 2nd day or overnight shipping is required, these costs will be billed to you. International warranty return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL VISION BRANDS LLC OR ITS AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR UNFORESEEABLE. VISION BRANDS’ ENTIRE LIABILITY AND CUSTOMER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR CLAIMS RELATED TO OR ARISING OUT OF THE PURCHASE OR USE OF VISION BRANDS’ PRODUCTS, WHETHER IN CONTRACT OR IN TORT, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE AND STRICT LIABILITY, WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days from the day of purchase and we will fully refund your money. Contact us at sales@visionpipes.com or (269) 399-6928 to request an RMA number. Include this RMA number, along with the order number and your email address with the returned product to process the return. Vision Brands stands behind our products 100% and will not charge any restocking or service fees.

Return Shipping: In the case where you intend to ship the product back to Vision Brands for a full refund, we highly recommend that you choose a shipping method that has tracking and the ability to receive delivery confirmation. Vision Brands is not responsible for products that are lost in transit. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees and shipping method. Please remember to include the RMA number in the package with the product as items missing this information will not be processed for a refund.
