Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your OASIS. If you are not satisfied with a purchase made directly from Vision Brands LLC d/b/a Vision Pipes (on visionpipes.com, by phone, or by email), you may return it for a refund under this policy. Products bought from another retailer should be returned to the store where you bought them.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return. We will refund the full purchase price of the returned product.
How to Return an Item
- Email sales@visionpipes.com or call (269) 399-6928 (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm ET) and ask for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack the product with all of its parts, unused and in its original packaging. Include a note with your RMA number, order number, and email address.

Returns received without an RMA number may not be processed. We recommend a shipping method with tracking and delivery confirmation; we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item. Original shipping charges are not refunded, unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few more days for the credit to appear. Orders placed by phone or email are refunded to the payment method used for the order.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking or service fees.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a refund, including the shipping cost. Defects that show up later are covered by our limited lifetime warranty.
Canceling an Order
If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped yet, we will cancel it and refund you in full. If it has already shipped, you can return it under this policy.
