Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) apply to every purchase of products from visionpipes.com, or by phone or email, from Vision Brands LLC d/b/a Vision Pipes (“Vision Pipes,” “Seller,” “we,” or “us”), 256 Main St, Wadsworth, OH 44281. By placing an order, you (“Buyer” or “you”) agree to these Terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy, and Warranty.
1. Age Requirement (21+)
You must be at least 21 years old to purchase from us. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 21 or older. We may verify your age before shipping, and the carrier may require an adult signature (21+) at delivery. We will cancel and refund any order we believe was placed by, or will be delivered to, someone under 21.
2. Intended Use
OASIS products are intended for use with legal dry herbs and botanicals only. Not for use with illegal substances. Sold to adults 21 and older.
By purchasing, you agree to use our products only as intended and in compliance with all laws that apply where you live. We may refuse or cancel any order that we believe is intended for any other use.
3. Orders and Acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it and send you a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, in whole or in part, for reasons that include product availability, an error in price or product information, a shipping address in a restricted location, or suspected fraud or unauthorized payment. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.
While online card checkout is paused, you may place an order by calling (269) 399-6928 or emailing sales@visionpipes.com. We will confirm your order, total price, shipping, and tax with you before your order is processed.
4. Prices
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices, product descriptions, and availability may change without notice, but a change will not affect an order we have already accepted. Sales tax and shipping charges are shown before you complete your order. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we will contact you before shipping and let you choose whether to continue at the correct price or cancel.
5. Payment
Payment is due when you place your order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Card payments are processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our website. Charges will appear on your statement under the Vision Pipes or Vision Brands LLC name. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide and that your billing and shipping information is accurate. We may verify payment and billing details, including address and security-code checks, before shipping.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to the destinations listed in our Shipping Policy, which also covers processing times, carriers, and rates. We do not ship to locations where these products are restricted by law. Title and risk of loss pass to you when your order is delivered to your shipping address. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, please see our Shipping Policy and contact us so we can help.
7. Returns and Refunds
Products purchased directly from us may be returned within 14 days under our Refund & Return Policy, which explains how to request a return authorization (RMA) number and how refunds are issued. If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly.
8. Limited Lifetime Warranty
OASIS products are covered by our limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the terms, conditions, and exclusions on our Warranty page.
9. Other Warranties
Except for the limited warranty described on our Warranty page, we make no other express warranties. To the extent permitted by law, any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of that limited warranty. Some states do not allow limits on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limit may not apply to you.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VISION BRANDS LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE PURCHASE OR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS, INCLUDING MISUSE OF OUR PRODUCTS OR USE CONTRARY TO THESE TERMS OR APPLICABLE LAW. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO A PRODUCT WILL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE YOU PAID FOR THAT PRODUCT. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of these limits may not apply to you.
11. Your Responsibilities
You agree to give us accurate information, to use our products only as intended and in accordance with applicable law, and to follow any local laws that apply to your purchase. You agree to indemnify Vision Brands LLC against claims arising from your misuse of our products or your violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and any sale of products to you are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or a purchase will be brought in the state or federal courts located in the State of Ohio, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
13. Changes and Severability
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted when you place your order applies to that order. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest of the Terms remain in effect.
