Shipping Policy

This policy explains how and where Vision Brands LLC d/b/a Vision Pipes ships orders placed on visionpipes.com, by phone, or by email.
Where We Ship
We ship to addresses in the United States and Canada.
Restricted destinations. We do not ship to locations where these products are restricted by law. If an order is placed for delivery to a restricted location, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply at your shipping address.
Processing Time
Orders ship within 1 business day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on a weekend or holiday ship the next business day.
Carriers and Tracking
We ship with FedEx or USPS. When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number.
Delivery Time
Most U.S. orders arrive within 2 business days after they ship (Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may take longer). Canadian delivery times vary by destination. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed once the package is with the carrier.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are shown before you complete your order.
- United States: $15.95 flat rate; free shipping on orders of $107 or more
- Canada: $15.00 (USD) flat rate; free shipping on orders of $99 or more
Canadian orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
Adult Signature (21+)
Our products are sold only to adults 21 and older. We may require an adult signature (21+) at delivery, and the carrier may ask to see ID. If no eligible adult is available, the carrier will follow its redelivery or pickup process.
Address Accuracy and Undeliverable Packages
Please check your shipping address before you order. If a package comes back to us because the address was incorrect or it could not be delivered, we will contact you to reship it (additional shipping may apply) or refund the order, less the original shipping cost.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for several days, your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, or it arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier and make it right with a replacement or a refund.
